Great mountain biking experience not for first timers

The great on this trip. Our guide took us through the back country of Aruba into the Forrest north of the main tourist drag. He showed us edible fruits, and herbal remedies. Very knowledge of the terrain and guided us carefully through the scrub and cacti of the hills. He provided us with the skills to make up it on the trip. I highly recommend it to anyone with moderate (one to two months mountain bike on standard mountain biking trails)
This is NOT for first time mountain bikers or those that do not normally ride.
Note that the flyer says 16-75 year olds. I am a reasonable fit older person and there were some rough patches where I had to walk the bike. I’m

Good bikes, moderately easy ride, energetic, friendly and knowledgeable tour guide Roman. Saw a lot of the island. We were the only 2 which was nice.
Fun with mountain bikes!

My husband and I booked a mountain bike tour through this company-we actually got a private tour for the group rate as we were the only two signed up. Oreon picked us up at our resort and drove us to meet our guide and get our bikes, water and helmets. Oreon actually drove to another location to get a bike that would fit my height as the "right" one wasn't on property-very helpful. We then met our guide for the day, his name was Servaas. He asked us what we would like to see and then tailored the ride around that. In no time we were flying through the desert flatland-through the cacti and dirt and having a great time-he was highly entertaining and always making sure we were with him and safe. So much fun until I decided a wipeout and fall into a prickly pear bush was needed. LOL! Servaas plucked me out of the bush and got my leg cleaned up so we could continue on. He showed us many little things along the way and soon enough we ended up on the northern coast-amazing views! We biked up to the California lighthouse and took some pics and then headed back to where we started. It was only supposed to be two hours but I think we stretched that a little bit-We were very entertained with all the stories Servaas shared, so easy to talk with and laugh with-we truly enjoyed his company. Oreon was waiting for us on our return and promptly delivered us back to our hotel. We had so much fun despite the heat!
